Shipping Policy

Pacific Health ships order either first class mail or priority mail based on the weight of the package. We also offer expedited delivery for an additional charge. First class mail takes about a week to arrive depending on how far away you reside from our home state of Washington. Priority mail takes 2-3 business days. Express shipping takes 1-2 days. International orders usually take about 2 weeks but can take longer depending on which country the order is being shipped to and that individual country's customs policies.

Return Policy

Pacific Health offers a money back guarantee on all unopened product returned within six months of purchase, excluding monthly subscriptions. All refunds that include returned FREE product are pro-rated. Pacific Health assumes no liability for items lost in the mail prior to our receipt. If you are returning product through the mail, we suggest you get a tracking number from the post office when you drop it off and/or purchase signed delivery confirmation.
